• Any purchased voucher will have a validity of 1 year from the date of purchase.

• No cash is given as an alternative for the purchased voucher.

• To use the voucher booking should be made at least 5 days prior to the booking date.

• We will be contacting you to deliver the purchased voucher upon successful completion of the transaction.

• All vouchers purchased online require the visitor to bring the actual voucher upon arrival at the attraction.

• Refund Policy: Gift vouchers are transferable, but non-changeable, non-refundable and void if altered.
